1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

For Physical Products:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• A request for refund or replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice) must be presented.
• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

For Digital Products or Services:
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or service activation.
• Refunds are only approved if there was a technical issue, duplicate charge, or service not rendered as described.
• Completed or partially used subscriptions, downloads, or delivered services cannot be refunded.



2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
• Downloaded or accessed digital content
• Subscription fees beyond the current billing period
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards, vouchers, and promo codes
• Training, consultation, or service fees already rendered



3. How to Request a Refund

To file a refund or return request:
1. Email us at support@gobroph.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
2. Include a clear explanation of the issue and attach relevant proof (photos, receipts, or screenshots).
3. Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.



4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Send photos or videos showing the damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once verified.



5. Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• Once processing or shipping begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

For subscriptions, you may cancel any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
