We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Virtual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home position focused on providing consistent virtual support to a dental practice, delivering excellent patient care, and ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients through virtual platforms and accurately collect necessary information
  • Respond to patient inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Handle inbound calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate with dentists, patients, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • College graduate or with relevant customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple digital tools
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (backup connection preferred)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a clean white background
  • Dual-monitor setup required
  • Background in the medical or dental field is a plus but not required

Technical Requirements

  • Personal computer with at least Intel i5 (10th Gen) or equivalent Ryzen processor
  • Minimum of 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
  • 1080p webcam (e.g., A4Tech PK-910H or similar)
  • Noise-canceling headset suitable for professional communication
  • UPS for power backup during outages

Training
Qualified candidates will undergo a one-month paid training program covering:

  • Dental terminology and core concepts
  • Patient communication and handling techniques
  • Hands-on training with clinic systems and tools

Work Schedule

  • 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • 9-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break
